Reporting something or someone

If you notice something in the game that isn't okay, you can report it. The route is always the same: click the thing in question and use the flag symbol (🚩) on the card that opens.

  • Report fellow players: If someone behaves badly, click their name and report them from their profile card. If their avatar is the problem, there is a separate button for that.
  • Report songs: If a song is wrong or inappropriate, click it – the flag symbol sits next to the favourite star on the song card.

When reporting, you can choose a reason and add something if needed. Your report goes to the moderators, who take care of it. You don't have to do anything else – reporting is enough. As soon as your report is registered, the button changes to "✓ Already reported" so you can see it worked.

Only those signed in with an account can report. As a guest, the function is not available.

Who keeps order?

In the background there are people with special tasks:

  • Moderators look at reports and can step in when needed, for example banning someone for a while.
  • Administrators take care of the big picture and make the decisions a moderator is unsure about.

For you as a regular player, this mainly means: if something goes wrong, report it – there's someone who takes care of it. If someone is banned, it's also visible to everyone in the chat so it stays transparent.

If you are banned yourself, you can still sign in – you then land on a page that tells you how long the ban lasts and why. You cannot play during that time. Your rights to your data remain: there you can download it or delete your account.
